Shipping and Returns

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email, including a tracking number to follow your package. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and 1–5 business days for shipping, depending on your chosen method. UPS delivers from Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays  If you have any questions about shipping or tracking, our Customer Service team is available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST

CHANGE SUBMITTED ORDERS​

There is a very short window for order cancellations. This can be done in your account’s order status or by contacting us immediately after placing your order.​

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Contiguous U.S. (48 states) And UK

    • Standard UPS Ground: $8.00

  • Alaska & Hawaii:

    • All orders ship via UPS 2nd Day Air (no ground service available).

Delivery Estimates:

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing, followed by 3–5 business days for deliverd, depending on your selected method. UPS delivers on Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Delivery Timeframes by Service:

  • UPS Ground: 3–5 business days

  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days

  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

Important Notice: Certain products—such as Phloretin CF, Phloretin CF Gel, AOX+ Eye Gel, Blemish + Age Defense, LHA Toner, Conditioning Toner, Silymarin CF, Resveratrol B E, HA Intensifier Multi‑Glycan, and P‑TIOX—are restricted by federal air safety regulations and must be shipped via Ground only. These items cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order on our website or through the designated courier service.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

  • In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the courier will leave a notification card with details on how to rearrange delivery or pick up your order.

Address Accuracy:

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Please double-check your address during checkout to ensure proper delivery.
